The Secretary of the PROCORAD Association is pleased to inform you that radiotoxicology intercomparisons are to be organised in 2012.
You will find enclosed the technical characteristics of the intercomparisons, together with the timetable and registration form.
The registration form is a document that enables us to draw up an estimate and inform the organisers regarding the number of participants. It must under no circumstances be confused with the order form, which will be used for invoicing.

Participants are kindly requested to respect the date limits cited in the calendar.

For organisational and management reasons, no late registrations will be accepted. In particular, samples to be analysed will only be sent to laboratories that have registered if the managers of those laboratories have confirmed their registration by sending an order form to the Treasurer of the Association (deadline: 15 February 2012).

Registering for the intercomparisons exercises automatically makes the manager and one other person from the laboratory members of the Association.
Please indicate the names of the 2012 member(s) on the registration form.

IMPORTANT: The line "Adress" is divided into 3 parts, "Adress 1", "Adress 2" and "Adress 3", so that the laboratories can receive their parcels under optimal delivery conditions, with no delays.

Individuals or companies joining the PROCORAD Association after the registration form has been returned will be invoiced separately (25 Euros for an individual, 75 Euros for a company).

The results presentation meeting will be held on 20 to 22 June 2012 in Nice Sofia Antipolis (France).
