The figures below do not include VAT (the Association is exempted from the payment of VAT).

1 exercise : Euros 800
2 exercises : Euros 1400
3 exercises : Euros 2000
4 exercises : Euros 2400
5 exercises or more : Euros 2600

Laboratories that register for 3 exercises or more will not be billed for the « surprise urine » exercise. The cost of the « surprise urine » for laboratories that register for less than 3 exercises will be Euros 800.

The registration fees represent a lump sum contribution to the cost of organising both the intercomparison exercises themselves and the results meeting in June (the Association's AGM is held during the June meeting).

These sums include the cost of participation for 1 or 2 representatives from each laboratory at the June meeting, provided the names of these representatives appear on the registration form.
By contrast, they do not cover:
- the cost of transport to the meeting site
- hotel accommodation
- dinner on the eve of the meeting
While it is possible for more than 2 people from the same laboratory to attend the annual meeting, a financial contribution of Euros 200 (membership included) will be required for each extra person.

A simultaneous French-English interpreting service will be provided at the meeting and a detailed summary of the meeting is sent to the head of each laboratory that takes part in the exercises.

Remarks:

Please note that no reduction in fees can be accorded to those who register for the intercomparisons but do not attend the technical meeting.

ATTENTION : Procorad doesn't point out for the delegates what are the police formalities requested to enter a country .Delegates attending the meeting are requested to get the information themselves, in their own country, about the need of a passport or a visa.
